Actually this present Indian squad is capable but some controversies has been the reason for their downfall.
Indian team has showed their ability by winning the world cup twice(1983&2011).........
And also they had proved themselves by reaching great strides like winning T20 world cup, ODI world cup,holding the no.1 position in test matches for almost 2 years and also great efforts by the players like reaching Doubleton(200*)[Master Blaster],Six sixes(Yuvraj Singh),Best Captain ever(M.S.Dhoni),(With 619 wickets) Anil Kumble who is the world's third highest wicket taker in Tests and India's highest Test and ODI wicket taker... And lot more...........
